The B.A. program in the Center for Cognitive Science brings together the perspectives of anthropology, philosophy, artificial intelligence, cognitive psychology and linguistics. Also offered is a certification program for graduate students who are affiliated with participating departments.

Core areas in the department include behavioral neuroscience and cognitive and behavioral science.

Investigations into biological aspects of the brain as they pertain to comparative and adaptive aspects of behavior is the goal of this baccalaureate major.
